H2O Designs will host the H2O Designs Contractor Training Summit on Oct. 20, 2026, at the H2O Designs Outdoor Living & Design Center in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The event will be hosted in partnership with Dan Preston of Hardscape Mentor. This one-day educational event will bring together contractors from throughout Central Kentucky, as well as professionals attending the Hardscape North America (HNA) Show. HNA is being held in Louisville later that week.
The summit is designed to help contractors strengthen their businesses, expand their service offerings and gain hands-on experience with products and techniques across the outdoor living industry.
Programming will include hands-on hardscape training led by Preston. There were also be sessions focused on sales, business development, marketing and lead generation. Educational seminars will also explore opportunities for contractors to expand into complementary services such as water features, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, pavilions and outdoor lighting.
Industry manufacturers and suppliers are invited to participate as vendors and showcase their products and services throughout the day. There is no cost to exhibit, and lunch will be provided to vendors and attendees. A networking cocktail hour will follow the day’s educational programming.
Participating vendors are asked to contribute promotional materials or product samples for attendee welcome bags in lieu of an exhibitor fee. A limited number of opportunities will be available for vendors interested in presenting educational content or introducing products and services during the summit.
Vendor booth space and presentation opportunities are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
The H2O Designs Contractor Training Summit will take place Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the H2O Designs Outdoor Living & Design Center, 250 North Plaza Drive, Nicholasville, Kentucky.
