Fitz’s Fish Ponds New Hope Store Grand Opening was a HUGE Success!

Published on June 9, 2024

Fitz’s Fish Ponds is thrilled to announce the successful Grand Opening Event of its 4th retail store located at 5921 Lower York Rd, New Hope, PA. The event not only marked the expansion of Fitz’s Fish Ponds but also saw the opening of FFP Aquariums and Aquascaping’s second location within FFP New Hope. The event, held on April 20th and 21st, was a resounding success, thanks to the overwhelming support of attendees and participants.

The two-day celebration was filled with excitement, fun, and special offers for all who attended. Guests were welcomed with open arms and treated to a wide range of activities and surprises. The first 50 customers each day received a FREE KOI! Additionally, attendees enjoyed amazing giveaways, including products sponsored by Microbe Lift & Atlantic Oase, gift cards, and stunning Koi. Shintaro sponsored the Sansai koi giveaway each day, and guests had the honor of meeting Kosuke Saito from Shintaro Koi Farm during the event! The presence of industry experts and sponsors added an extra layer of excitement to the celebration.

Fres Cafe delighted guests with delicious food available for purchase on-site and guests were encouraged to explore Peddlers Village, located right next door, to discover all the amazing attractions it has to offer.

Pond Construction Manager Christian Senseman showcased his craftsmanship by doing a live demo, creating a unique fountain crafted out of ceramic pots, which was also given away to a fortunate attendee.

Another unique element featured only at FFP New Hope, was that during our Grand Opening Event our very own in-house artist, Rae Cauley, was up on the boom lift continuing to paint the mural of koi and aquariums. The mural is a spectacular feature of this store encapsulating our true appreciation for the industry we serve. Inside the store, Rae also painted three koi swimming up the staircase and a stunning lotus. Her talents continue to impress all.

The event was a true celebration of community and appreciation for all who have supported Fitz’s Fish Ponds throughout the years. The team is so appreciative for the support of our existing customers and wants to extend a warm welcome to new customers! The management extends their heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the Grand Opening Event and made it a memorable occasion.

“We are grateful for the overwhelming response and enthusiasm shown by our customers and partners,” said the Brian Fitzsimmons, CEO of Fitz’s Fish Ponds. “Your support means the world to us, and we are committed to providing exceptional service, products and koi to our pond and aquarium community.”

Thomas Swinarsky, FFP New Hope Manager, was exceptionally grateful for the team that worked so hard to renovate the space and put together the event. “It was a total team effort and I am so proud to work alongside so many talented and hardworking individuals.”

As the store continues to grow and expand, Fitz’s Fish Ponds & FFP Aquariums & Aquascaping looks forward to providing customers with top-quality products and memorable experiences.
