Jeff Weemhoff, currently President of Atlantic-Oase, will be appointed to the Board of Oase North America. He will hold the honorary title of President Emeritus and Vice Chairman, in recognition of his many years of leadership, partnership, and contribution to the success of the organization. With his wealth of experience and entrepreneurial spirit, Jeff will continue to support the management team in achieving our growth goals in the North American market. We are deeply grateful for his many contributions and are pleased that he will continue to play a key role in shaping our future through his position on the Board.
Doug Ward, current President of GeoGlobal Partners (an Oase division), will assume the role of CEO, Oase North America. He will take overall responsibility for all U.S. operations. Ward has successfully led GeoGlobal Partners for more than 15 years. His track record of building high-performing teams, shaping strategy, and driving operational excellence makes him exceptionally well-suited to lead Oase North America into its next phase of growth. Customers will benefit from his focus on service and operational discipline. He is committed to simplifying how we operate across all brands and channels.
