HNA Awards

HERNDON, Va. — The Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA) has opened entries for the 2025 Hardscape North America (HNA) Awards, honoring outstanding design, craftsmanship and innovation in residential and commercial hardscape projects.

Submissions will be accepted through Aug. 13. Winners will be recognized during the HNA Awards Ceremony on Oct. 24 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky, held in conjunction with the Hardscape North America trade show, Oct. 22–24.

“The HNA Awards shine a light on the incredible creativity and skill across our industry,” said Robert Thomas, CMHA president and CEO. “This program not only recognizes technical expertise and design ingenuity, it also showcases how hardscape installations enhance built environments across the U.S. and Canada.”

Awards will be presented across nine project categories:

  • Segmental concrete pavement
  • Clay brick pavement
  • Porcelain paver pavement
  • Retaining walls
  • Adhered thin veneers
  • Combination of hardscape products
  • Natural stone pavement
  • Outdoor living features
  • Vintage installation

Each entry will be judged by a panel of industry experts on design, construction quality, craftsmanship, material compatibility and achievement of project goals.

The HNA Awards are produced by CMHA and endorsed by the Brick Industry Association (BIA) and the Natural Stone Institute (NSI).
