William “Billy Bedrock” Franklin is the founder and co-owner of Bedrock Nursery Inc., in Lawton, Oklahoma. Has been working with and growing flowers for his retail garden center and landscape clients since 1994. Working with breeders around the world enables Bedrock Nursery to bring the newest, cleanest and healthiest products to their customers. Franklin is a past president of the board of directors of the Oklahoma Greenhouse Growers Association and currently sits on the board of directors of the Comanche County Rural Water District 3.
