  1. As a resident of lake view terrace, we have a responsibly to maintain with cleaning the water of our small lake..the lake is dangerous and toxic making a rotten green lake.

All lake view terrace residents sewer system gets routed and channeled in to wash system draining into the parks lake.

I will sell my houses and sacrifice everything to clean the water in the lake. We are being blamed for the lakes terrible condition.

Please tell me what I have to do to help the residents of lake view terrace.

  2. Hello Edwin,
I’m sorry to hear about the condition of the lake. There are many possibilities for improving the conditions of your lake, of course how you proceed will depend upon the actual conditions that you are trying to improve. In my experience ALL lake improvement decisions are made upon what type of budget is available to create such improvements. Any lake/pond can be turned around and improved into something healthy and beautiful, but these processes can at times be quite costly. Unfortunately an attempt to cover those possibilities are too numerous to be included in an emailed response. But should you need a very first step to begin down the road to improved water health you need to start with the aeration of the body of water. To fully discuss possibilities I would need much more information regarding your particular circumstances. Please feel free to reach out to me via email or phone 908.277.6000. Best of luck.
