A native of Ireland, Eamonn Hughes has been designing and constructing water features in Europe and the United States for almost 50 years. Since moving to Oregon in 1987, he has built hundreds of water gardens in the Pacific Northwest both in the commercial and residential areas. His work has been published in many national magazines, and he has written and co-authored a number of books on water gardening.
