Two highly regarded green industry veterans traveled state-wide to personally inspect each and every one of the 120-plus Trophy Award entrants. The judges, who rated projects on their artistic and technical merits, were extremely impressed with the work done by Waterscape Creations, Inc. According to the judges’ notebook, they were most impressed with this projects placement of boulders. “The honor of having our Compass Terrace and Gardens’ water feature designated by CLCA as the best water feature in the entire state of California is an incredible validation of the guest comments we have been receiving.
