Rick Bartel, administrator and primary instructor for the Savio Water Feature Institute, was recently named the industry’s top Water Feature Contractor for 2010. Rick’s innovative approach to naturalistic water feature design and installation centers around his industry popular RISE Method technique.
Rick’s never-ending contributions to the industry range from his educational activities at the Institute, to community service projects containing water feature installations and the recent release of his new book entitled “The RISE Method”, as well as assisting with the educational needs of the National Association of Pond Professionals.
