New Magnetic Crew and Route Scheduling Board

Published on February 23, 2011

Macedon, NY – February 2011 – Landscape, pool, security, alarm and other service contractors use Magnatag’s new Crew and Route magnetic board to manage and communicate their weekly work load so employees can see what to do and when to do it. A Massachusetts contractor says, “It really helps us see what’s getting done and what’s coming up”. A Florida Landscaper told us, “It shows where we have holes in our schedule we need to fill by moving work or getting more work and it helps us pre-stage nursery materials.”

“Our customers tell us a well organized board sends a positive message to their employees and customers alike” says Magnatag spokesman Christian Krapf, “a New York contractor told me he kept everything in his black book, then added ‘you aren’t going to grow without help. As I got bigger and got some good people, they wanted to help but couldn’t because they didn’t know what was coming next. Now, with the board, they can see the schedule and load up the trucks the night before without me being there to tell them what to do.”

“The printed boards are easy to set up, easy to use and come with everything needed to operate them” says Krapf, “we include color-coded magnetic cardholders with printable inserts for job information and locations, 2-sided, red / green Flip-Over magnets to show job status and color coded magnet signals for job priorities, equipment needed or your own special codes.”

Magnatag Crew and Route magnetic whiteboard kits are offered online in 3 sizes for 5 to 21 crews per board. For more information go to or call 800 624 4154 and talk to a visible systems specialist.
