The 40,000-square-foot facility features cutting-edge technology with a focus on enhanced customer service and a research and development (R&D) laboratory in order to support the accelerating demand for its product.
The enhanced After-Sales Support Center is fully integrated using the latest phone and customer relationship management system. The After-Sales Support team is well trained to answer questions on assembly, maintenance, pond construction or any other question related to water garden products.
Another highlight of the facility is the enlarged R&D laboratory. The R&D lab acts as a hub for engineering, testing and Industrial Design (ID). The R&D specialists work alongside brand managers to ensure all products are flawless once they reach consumers. In the coming months, the R&D lab will also include a rapid prototype facility for new products.
