San Clemente, Calif. based Odyssey Systems and its parent company, Tri-Star Plastics & Molding have merged with Hi-Rel Plastics & Molding. The merger will allow the manufacturer of the Muck Vac and swimming pool products increased molding capacity, better purchasing power for raw materials and accessories and enable quicker turn-around times for in-season orders. Odyssey will look to increase its product line through innovation and acquisition.
