Kloubec Koi Farm Honored Again

Myron & Ellen Kloubec were honored to accept the 2018 LEADERSHIP IN INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT AWARD at the 6th Annual Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Leaders Award Dinner on Tuesday March 6, 2018 in Des Moines, Iowa. They received the honor, (1 of 4 presented in Iowa) from Iowa’s Secretary of Agriculture, Mike Naig. Other highlights of the evening were the swearing in of Bill Northey as the new national USDA Under Secretary of Agriculture by The US Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue and his keynote address mentioning the Kloubecs and their lifetime of accomplishments in aquaculture. Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds was in attendance as well as over 500 guests, legislators, friends & family of Secretary Northey. We wish our good friend, Bill Northey the ‘best of luck’ in his new position in Washington, D.C.
