Danner Manufacturing, Inc. of Islandia, New York and Fielding Pump (Shinmaywa Sales) of Sandy, Utah have mutually entered into a Sales Brokerage Agreement.
Full details of the agreement were not disclosed. However, from the information released, Danner Manufacturing will have exclusive rights to sell Shinmaywa products on behalf of Fielding Pump throughout the United States. The agreement does not affect customers that are currently buying Shinmaywa products from Fielding Pump.
