Frank Fink is the owner and operator of Living Artscapes Inc., in Keedysville, Maryland. He became a Certified Aquascape Contractor in 2008 and a Master Certified Aquascape Contractor in 2014. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he loves building water features with large boulders and driftwood to achieve a natural look in all of his project. His personal slogan is “earth and water, transformed.” Since 1999, Living Artscapes has crafted custom waterscapes, landscapes and hardscapes that are multidimensional works of art.
