Atlantic is proud to introduce a brand new Pond De-Icer capable of keeping a hole open for gas exchange during the harshest winters. The Atlantic Pond De-Icer is constructed of high strength, high temperature PPS polymer for incredible durability under the most adverse conditions. Economical to operate and fully automatic, its efficient heating element draws only 300 watts, and only when an internal thermostat detects water temperature dropping below freezing; as the water warms the unit shuts itself off. An LED shines blue in standby mode when the De-Icer is plugged in and water is above freezing; it shines green when water temp drops below freezing to show De-Icer is in operation.
