The 2010 IPPCA 5 Star Contractor Award has been presented to Jacob Bright of Living Art Water Gardens Inc, Huntsville, Alabama. This highly coveted annual award was presented to Mr. Bright during the 6th annual IPPCA awards banquet held at the conclusion of INFO TANZA˙ 2010 on October 23.
Jacob, and the Living Art Water Garden Team, beat out other contenders by accumulating the highest overall customer satisfaction rating for the preceding 12 month period. His hard work, creativity in design, and professional installation were all complimented by his intense dedication to the individual needs of his customers.
All IPPCA certified or approved contractors are eligible for the annual 5 star award competition. Each eligible entrant is encouraged to have their customers complete a quick and easy online satisfaction survey for each new pond or maintenance call. The surveys for the year are tallied and the contractor with the highest customer satisfaction rating is declared the winner.
The IPPCA 5 Start Contractor award recipient received a stately acrylic and gold toned trophy as well as a $1,000 check. This years award was sponsored in full by Easy Pro Pond Products of Grant MI. Easy Pro is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of Pond Equipment and has been a corporate supporter of the IPPCA since its inception.
The International Professional Pond Companies Association (IPPCA) is a non-profit organization consisting of pond contractors, retail store owners, distributors and manufacturers from the Water Garden industry. The goal of the IPPCA is to promote the industry and assist its members in their continued education and understanding of the issues and opportunities of their businesses. The 5 Star Contractor Award is one of the many ways the IPPCA recognizes and rewards their members for outstanding work in the water garden industry.
