40,000-Square-Foot Facility Located in West Palm Beach, Florida

West Palm Beach, FL – July 2010 – GeoGlobal Partners, the leading innovator and manufacturer of water garden products such as smartpond® and TotalPond®, is pleased to announce the grand opening of its state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida. The 40,000-square-foot facility features cutting-edge technology with a focus on enhanced customer service and a research and development (R&D) laboratory in order to support the accelerating demand for its product.

The enhanced After-Sales Support Center is fully integrated using the latest phone and customer relationship management system. The After-Sales Support team is well trained to answer questions on assembly, maintenance, pond construction or any other question related to water garden products.

Another highlight of the facility is the enlarged R&D laboratory. The R&D lab acts as a hub for engineering, testing and Industrial Design (ID). The R&D specialists work alongside brand managers to ensure all products are flawless once they reach consumers. In the coming months, the R&D lab will also include a rapid prototype facility for new products.
