Minnesota Reclassification of the Water Hyacinth (Added 4/7/15)
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has reclassified WATER HYACINTH from prohibited to REGULATED effective today, Monday, April 6. It has been on the prohibited list for approximately nine months.

New York State Invasive Species (Added 3/5/15)
The new Prohibited and Regulated Invasive Species list (6 NYCRR Part 575) goes into effect on March 10, 2015, via the New York Department of Environmental Conservation department.
